Ford Raptor shocks use internal bypass technology and require a different service approach than standard aftermarket shocks. These shocks are designed to handle heat, weight, and aggressive use, which means regular service is important to maintain ride quality and control.
Because these shocks are internally complex, final pricing is based on model year, front or rear configuration, and internal condition after inspection.
rEBUILD
Raptor shock service availability depends on model year and shock condition. Final pricing is confirmed after inspection.

Shocks We Service
STEP 1
Getting Started
Everything begins with the service intake form. This gives a basic overview of your vehicle, shock type, and what you’re looking to have done. It helps set expectations early and keeps the process moving smoothly once your shocks arrive.
If anything needs clarification, you’ll be contacted before moving forward.

STEP 2
Proposal Sent / Drop-Off or Shipment Scheduled
Once the intake form is reviewed, a proposal is sent outlining the expected work and pricing. From there, shocks can be shipped in or a local drop-off can be scheduled by appointment.
This step keeps everything organized before work begins and avoids surprises later on.

STEP 3
Check-In & Inspection
When shocks arrive at the shop, they’re checked in and matched to your intake form. Each shock is visually inspected for leaks, damage, or obvious wear before disassembly begins.
This initial inspection helps catch issues early and confirms next steps.

STEP 4
Full Disassembly, Clean & Rebuild
Each shock is fully disassembled and cleaned. Internal components are inspected, worn seals are replaced, fresh oil is added, and nitrogen is recharged.
If anything unexpected is found during disassembly, it’s documented and discussed before moving forward.

IT JUST WORX
Why This Process Works
This process isn’t complicated on purpose. It’s built to be repeatable, consistent, and clear from start to finish. Every step exists for a reason, and nothing is rushed just to move volume.
By slowing things down and following the same workflow every time, it’s easier to catch problems early, communicate clearly, and make sure each shock gets the attention it needs. There’s no guessing, no bouncing between hands, and no unnecessary work added along the way.
The end result is simple: shocks that perform the way they should and customers who know exactly what was done and why.
PLAY HARD
BUILT AROUND REAL USE
Shocks don’t wear out sitting in the garage. They wear out from heat, dirt, long days on the trail, desert miles, and repeated abuse. This process is built around that reality.
Every rebuild is approached with real-world use in mind. That means focusing on reliability, consistency, and longevity, not just getting shocks in and out the door. Whether the vehicle sees weekend trail runs or long days off-road, the goal is the same: predictable performance you can trust when it matters.
This isn’t about chasing perfection on paper. It’s about making sure shocks feel right when they’re back on the vehicle.
