Special Order Items
Special-order, custom-order, and made-to-order products cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and take photos before contacting us. This helps us process shipping claims with the carrier.
Shock Service
Service charges for inspections, rebuilds, labor, and custom work are non-refundable once work has begun.
