Our Story
ShockWorx started as a necessity and slowly turned into a full-blown obsession.
Growing up in the Southwest, off-road life was just normal. Dirt bikes, quads, Jeeps — that’s what weekends looked like. Later on, suspension really started to click while racing mountain bike enduro. Suspension was everything. It was the first time small changes actually felt different. A few clicks of a knob could completely change how the bike rode.
What started as needing better suspension quickly turned into building and tuning it. That led to years of working on mountain bikes, learning how suspension reacts, how fluid moves, and how setup affects control and confidence.
Then came the first ride in a long-travel truck. That changes you.
From that point on, suspension became more than just a hobby. It turned into a constant curiosity about how shocks work, how valving affects ride quality, and how the right setup can transform the entire driving experience.
After years of building, testing, and dialing in personal setups, along with working around the off-road industry, ShockWorx came to life. It’s built on experience, curiosity, and a genuine passion for suspension — and a little bit of obsession doesn’t hurt either.

A One-Man Mission
ShockWorx is owner-operated, which keeps the work consistent and the communication simple. The same hands handle each shock from the moment it arrives to the moment it leaves the shop. Nothing gets passed off, and nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
That also means questions are answered directly, not routed through multiple people. If something comes up during a rebuild, it’s explained clearly before any decisions are made. Every shock gets the same level of attention, whether it’s a single daily-driver setup or a full off-road build. The focus stays on doing the work right, every time.
